Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DWARONE collects, uses, and shares information when you use DANexus websites and applications (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account information — name/workspace name, email, country, password (hashed), and authentication details from social sign-in providers you choose.
- Billing information — subscription plan, payment status, invoices, and limited tax details such as GSTIN when you provide them. We do not store full card numbers.
- Workspace content — files, collections, records, and other materials you upload or create in the Service.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, and product analytics that help us operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, and maintain the Service;
- process subscriptions, payments, and account communications;
- respond to support requests and prevent abuse;
- improve features and understand product usage;
- comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- service providers that help us host, process payments, send email, or analyze product usage, under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
- a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Customer and asset data
As a digital asset management tool, DANexus may process information about your customers and the files you upload. You are the controller of that information and are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable law. We process that data to provide the Service to you.
5. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention
We retain account and billing records as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Workspace content is retained while your account is active and for a limited period after closure unless you delete it earlier or law requires a longer period.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may update account details in the Service, request access or deletion where applicable law provides those rights, and unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails. Account-related messages may still be sent.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
11. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
