Last updated: 31 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DANexus, a digital asset management product of DWARONE (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
DWARONE owns and operates DANexus, software for teams to store, organize, version, and share digital assets. References to “we”, “us”, or “DWARONE” mean the company that operates the Service. References to “DANexus” mean the product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you create an account on behalf of a workspace or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and interval you select at checkout. Fees may include applicable taxes or processing fees shown in your order summary. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
You may cancel according to the cancellation options available in your account. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of files, records, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant DWARONE a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to upload and share Your Content, including permissions from the people those files belong to.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (including ownership, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.
